Liked: Very welcoming and helpful staff, special thanks to Tristan. Good sized room for central Paris. Very comfortable beds and good quality bedding. The neighborhood is safe and has plenty of dining options.
Disliked: Very poor view at sonething which is described as an inner courtyard but is not. At such a price per night, I expected slippers, more beauty products such as a shower cap and body lotion and a bit more coffee /tea would be welcome, three guests need at least 2 coffee capsules each per day, or even normal instant coffee sachets to use with the kettle. Similar hotels in Rome offer some biscuits, bottled water and fruit juices. The room doesn't have its own little fridge, but there is a communal one in the reception area. The windows when opened were dirty on the outside, as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Also, I was under the impression, when I booked the comfort triple room, that it would be a two-space area and we were all in one single room.

Liked: Great location easy walk to louvre and other attractions. Room was small but adequate and had everything you need.
Disliked: Not a major issue for us but helps others to know that there are a lot of stairs to rooms which are tricky to navigate with big/bulky or heavy luggage!
