Liked: Excellent restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Great place to stay over before going back to Le Shuttle terminal, Calais.
Disliked: We were allegedly upgraded to a deluxe room which is described as spacious. Our door narrowly missed the bed as it opened. A shimmy past the shelving unit under the TV found you on the opposite side of the room. The separate toilet was practically in the room. Not pleasant. As we were leaving we saw a room on the opposite side of our corridor which was spacious. These rooms face the front of the hotel. We faced the rear. On checking out it appeared we had been charged twice for the room. The total fee was taken from my account upon booking the room online via booking.com. The receptionist explained this would be refunded after we paid again on leaving. I was provided with an abandonment receipt to show this. However, no monies have to date been returned to my account. Also, don't venture out into Lens. There's nothing there. The housing estate behind the hotel resembles a ghetto.

Very nice Hotel in Lens...

Liked: This a lovely modern , clean tidy Hotel in Lens , we only stayed for one night but it was very nice and great air conditioning.. in the middle of a heat wave , the restaurant was very good as well .. I recommend the Rump Steak .. Delicious
Disliked: Car parking isnt the beat .. but OK

Liked: My stay was excellent - room, attention to detail, staff, etc. I had such a nice and relaxing time at the hotel.
Disliked: Food and atmosphere at the restauarant was supbar compared to the rest of the hotel
