Unique traditional luxus hotel

Liked: Great classic hotel with amazing garden and views. Great buffet breakfast and restaurant.
Disliked: the people at the reception were not at a 5 star hotel level. the shower water would become very cold at times which did not make the shower time very pleasant, that should be fixed and avoided in such a hotel.

Great location, needs more attention...

Liked: location & standard of the property
Disliked: reservations direct at the hotel is hard to reach. Nobody answers the phone during daytime. That’s why I went through booking.comA 7,50EUR surcharge for Krabben to complement scrambled eggs as part of the otherwise included breakfast are bad joke for a hotel of this category.

nice place, management should pay...

Liked: waterfront location, close to where I needed to be
Disliked: reachability of front desk / reservations unsatisfactory. It is a joke that they charge EUR 7,50 extra for a few shrimps on your scrambled eggs, where the breakfast is otherwise included.Electronic door locks didn't work.

A very pretty and sweet...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful! My phone charger stopped working and they provided me with a charger without cost for the stay. Nothing was too much trouble!
Disliked: We had a false fire alarm go off in the bedroom at 09:00 in the morning which took a long time to turn off. We were overcharged on our final bill by 77€. A mistake which we had to chase up after our stay for a refund.
