Hotel Losanna

I highly recommend this hotel...

Liked: I was particularly impressed by how clean both my room and the breakfast area were. My single room included air conditioning, a compact fridge (complete with a chilled water bottle!), a large window, and a small but efficient bathroom. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations, offering a generous array of sweet and savory options—fresh fruits, beverages, eggs, pastries, cold cuts, and more. A staff member was always on hand to restock the food trays promptly.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Very good value for the...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room with a small balcony on the roof. Very nice buffet breakfast included. Convenient location 5 min walk to Gerusalemme metro station. Helpful staff.
Disliked: The AC was on all the time with a temperature setting of 22 C but the room felt much warmer than that. It didn’t bother me but it may bother someone who suffers the heat more.

Disliked: Breakfast is not hotel's strength.. Way to sweet juices, so so coffee, yesterday' bread... This should be improved.

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel! The staff was kind and helpful, and we really appreciated the warm welcome. The location is great — close to the bus stop and a supermarket, which made everything more convenient. The price is fair for what you offer, definitely good value for money.We also liked the small detail of offering slippers for the room — a thoughtful touch! Everything was very clean and well prepared when we arrived.
Disliked: The only downside was that the air conditioning and minibar were not cooling properly during our stay. It wasn’t a big issue, but it’s something that could be improved for future guests
