Hotel los Girasoles

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel Los Girasoles is a lovely little hotel in a great location – just a short walk from the city center and close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and gave helpful recommendations. It’s a good value for money and a nice base for exploring Granada.

Liked: Nothing that I liked, only a free parking
Disliked: The staff are rude and does not speak any English word and even with a mobile translator they refuse to read. The room has an old AC from the 1990s maybe that make a lot of sound and not quite. You do not feel safe in the area at all specially with the staff behavior. The room have only beds and when I asked for a small mattress or Cott for my little baby they refused. No Fridge no any other appliances.

Disliked: Ants in the bathroom. Dirty/stained bedspread. Café closed.

It was just about ok,...

Liked: The staff were very nice and friendly, and there was the bonus of free parking.
Disliked: The bed was extremely hard, there were no extra pillows in the wardrobe, the room smelt of stale smoke and being that we are both non smokers, this was very off putting. Plus the on site café was closed for vacation, which meant we actually went without proper food, after a long day travelling!!!!! Also, when trying to find the hotel, the photos on the website were out of date, as we were looking for a pink building which is now painted blue, and the address was difficult to find, even with the aid of Google!!
