Very good

Liked: The location is very convenient next to St Jacques Airport. Also very quiet. As I stay there twice a year I noticed that prices often change between €65 to over €100 I mentioned it to the front desk lady who was kind enough to offer me a better rate for that night.
Disliked: I asked the hotel to call me a taxi for my drive to the airport the following day. I paid €30 for exactly 3.6km and not even 6 minutes drive. As I questioned the driver I was told the car was a vtc, a type of vehicle I didn't ask for! The hotel has an agreement with this car company, but never told me the rate used, or asked if I agreed to use this type of transportation. I was extremely disappointed feeling I had been ripped off. I called the hotel to inform them of the situation, they replied their collegue simply forgot to indicate who they use as "taxi", and forgot to give me the rate. As it was not my first night there I didn't even think to inquire on the cost of the ride. Next time I will call a taxi company myself to avoid such a bad surprise. It leaves me with a bad impression on the hotel
