Liked: The room looks great. You have free wifi and parking space which we really appreciated.You can find a few supermarkets in the near.

Could have been nice, if...

Liked: The location was ok as I was coming only for one night for a concert located 30 min walk from the hotel.The room itself was rather big and kind of quiet, if not for the shower of the room across at 6am.
Disliked: Where to start...1- Hotel rule: paying the room in cash only up to 150 euros. Who does that in 2024?2- Languages spoken: English, but with Google Translate.3- Elevator: not up to my room, located on the 3rd floor, only stairs to reach room 405.4- The curtains don't cover the half of the window, therefore morning light it is.5- And last but not least: no electricity in my room! The only source of light was a single bulb in the bathroom, hanging from the ceiling, the other one was not working, and that's it. The rest of the room had no electricity at all: no light anywhere, no power outlet, no heating system either. I reported it to the reception, the guys tried to help but only to say "sorry, repair tomorrow". When mentioned to the reception in the morning when I checked out, the lady was apparently not even aware there was an issue in this room. When I asked how to get a refund, I was told to send an email to the manager. I just sent it, let's see.
