A perfect hotel for a...

Liked: Was a perfect stay - the staff were so friendly and it was super clean- location couldn’t be better away from tourist areas and right by the metro
Disliked: You need a little patience with the elevator !

Please train ur staff .....

Disliked: ⭐☆☆☆☆I was really looking forward to my visit, but the experience was quite disappointing due to the staff’s behavior. They lacked basic courtesy and professionalism, especially a staff member named Jack, who was extremely rude and short-tempered. His attitude was unwelcoming and completely changed my perception of the place. What could have been an enjoyable experience turned unpleasant. Definitely needs improvement in staff training and guest handling.

Excellent staff and great value...

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful. Had to order a last minute cab cause I miscalculated a trip to the city and the receptionist sorted it at the snap of his finger. Also being able to stop and chill at any of the other chain locations was so nice.
Disliked: Not sure if it's to blame but, I turned the roomAC on my last night and woke up with a fever and chills. Could be a total coincidence but ACs like this are known to recirculate stuffy air so I dunno.

Liked: Close to amazing bistrot and restaurants, really nice streets, but still calm and very peaceful

Liked: The breakfast was more than I expected, but the staff was what made this hotel excellent. The front desk managers, breakfast supervisors, and cleaning staff all went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and polite. I was already recommending this hotel to others while I was there!
Disliked: A way to prop the doors open when using the family suite rooms would have been very helpful.
