Exceptional
Liked: The hotel is nice and comfortable. It's easy to get to the airport from there even with public transportation. We arrived late but the restaurant was still open and food was excellent.

Liked: We liked the location because it was very close to attractions we wanted to see. The room was tidy and well taken care of. The breakfast was very nice, although it would be nice to have more variety of food.
Disliked: We were pretty surprised that we had to pay for parking. Of course, it is our fault we didn't check whether it's free or not, but decided to write this in review just so others know.

Liked: The hotel was nice, clean and well-organized, but…
Disliked: The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I needed an iron and, unfortunately, the reception was unable to assist me, as there wasn’t one available — which was quite disappointing. Additionally, there were no slippers or bathrobes provided for guests, which I consider a significant drawback. When guests are paying a considerable amount, it is important that essential amenities and appropriate assistance are provided. I hope the management will take these points into consideration for future improvement.
