Liked: Exceptional in every way - staff were brilliant particularly front desk. Beautifully decorated, wonderful amenities and linens were fantastic.

Locarno has set the bar...

Liked: Best customer service experience I've ever had in my life, huge beautiful room, AC and WiFi work perfectly, amazing attentive concierge, great breakfast, delicious martinis. Perfect place to retreat to on a hot summer day in Rome.
Disliked: The entire experience was exquisite, however they do not have an iron to lend you so you must pay 60 euro to send off 5 items and wait 10 hours to retrieve them.
