Loved the hotel. Never use...

Liked: Liked everything! Hotel was great. Location, cleanliness, details.
Disliked: I had changed the res (weeks ahead!) by cancelling one night of one room for three people. We instead reserved two nights for two people (7/20-22). Received confirmation of cancellation by booking.com. Received verification of res from Lion D’Or (2 nights, 2 people, 7/20-22). One desk clerk abruptly told me I would be charged for cancelled night because Lion D’Or hadn’t received cancellation. (That would be their issue with biking.com, not mine. AND Lion D’Or had communicate with me.) Then when checking out, charged my traveling companions credit card for previously cancelled night! Now I am faced with stupid daunting task of disputing this to get our $189 back. And booking.com sent me a response to call to talk about this, with no phone number provided!!

Great stay in a prime...

Liked: Perfect spot, central yet very quiet. Spotless rooms with all the amenities you need.The staff are very polite, making every stay pleasant.
Disliked: The only thing I would change is the carpet, but overall a wonderful stay.

This cozy, pet-friendly hotel near...

Liked: It’s a cozy hotel very close to the main attractions. With a beautiful style, and attentive service. The breakfast was amazing. Besides we went with our dog, in a couple minutes we were able to find parks around it.
