Disliked: Very small room. Very expensive.

Not luxury but adequate and...

Liked: Fairly good location. Nice and close to the station but not too close. Short walk to Grote Markt. The lift is tiny and slow but I got used to it in the end. The stairs were not too bad either though would be difficult with cases.Did not notice any noise from outside.
Disliked: The lift was small and slow. We were on the top floor and it did get warm. Unable to open the window as it said it was damaged. Some unpleasant looking marks on the headboard and carpet but it generally felt clean.It was a bit odd when someone walked past the room and the floor wobbled!

Lovely stay and close to...

Liked: Loved the location, hotel room great, hotel lobby was amazing and so was the bar staff in opening our bottles of wine. Breakfast was delicious! Easy access to buses for Keukenhoff.
