Liked: the location was perfect for my visit to the Citadel ( 15 minute walk) lots of bars/restaurants nearby, check in was a breeze with the friendly staff, elevator was perfect,the room and bathroom were very clean and big enough, bedding was spotless and the bed was comfortable, the air con was great and wifi was very good, i would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending a stay there. I can't comment on breakfast as i didn't eat there
Disliked: only down point for me was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Liked: Overall a great experience. For people that don't mind a 20.min subway ride to the center of Berlin Its an old world quality hotel with impeccabke service at an affordabke orice. I would always return.

Disliked: No air con in bedrooms or tea or coffee facilities

Liked: Great location for visiting the Zitadelle for a concert.Plenty of bars, restaurants and corner shops nearby.Area very clean and quiet at night.Beautiful garden area at the hotel.
Disliked: There's a charge for the bottled water left in the room. There was no facilities for making hot drinks.

Disliked: Very hot day, would be appreciated for the price a free bottle of water. Reception girl could not be bothered

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Dirty, outdated and without the advertised air conditioning. We had two rooms and one was updated with a/c and the other was not. It was so hot we opened a window but then were eaten alive by mosquitoes. There were spiders crawling around the ceiling and part of the faucet fell of in the bath. If you book here, request a new room or you’ll regret it. Parking also no good.
