Awful location felt unsafe

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We could not leave the car to enter the hotel as it is in a bad location that felt unsafe. People were coming up to my car outside the hotel asking for money. We ended up having to travel to another hotel in a better area. This is not what I expected from a Hilton and we were charged for the room despite not checking in or staying there.
