Liked: Excellent location in close proximity to city shops, major attractions, hop on-hop off bus stops and the harbour. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff from reception to restaurant. Great breakfast - very generous. Very comfortable room and bed. Highly recommend in Helsinki.

Liked: Loved the hotel, the room was superb and quirky. The restaurant is a former police station and food was very good
Disliked: Can’t think of anything

Liked: The quality of the linen was amazing, breakfast was superb and staff lovely.
Disliked: Being asked to pay for early check-in despite the fact that the room was ready felt a bit unnecessary.
