Very good

Liked: I loved my room and the view and the size of it. Book room number 53 if you can. Front staff, Peter and Paval were exceptional.

Disliked: The bathroom smell terrible like gutter and so was the bathroom.I was not lucky I guess as the other guests did lot have thatThere is no one at reception at night and morning until 9am..

Liked: The location, the staff were pretty friendly, the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The room didn’t look at all like in the pictures It was a bit pricey during the weekend Kind of strange smell in the bathroom Since the reception wasn’t manned after 22.00 until morning I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have at least a water kettle in a room that costs 125 euros a night

Nothing is perfect. If you...

Liked: Location is very convenient right in the Old Town centre. There is a lift in this old building, what a good effort from the owner (there are up to 6 floors in the building). Reception opens until 10pm.
Disliked: There is minimum room service, only limited to throwing rubbish and folding the blanket. No bathroom/toilet cleaning. You have to clean it yourself. Quite a few items are not clean, i.e. the towel rack was moldy I had to wipe it and have a lot of black mold, the pillow case have dried up black mold stains, the face basin cup has white stains around the rim and at the bottom, the face basin does not drain water fast and there is a smell. There is only a soap dispenser. We used our own towels. We used our own toiletries.
