Liked: A fantastic hotel centrally located near the Old Square in Prague. A warm welcome from staff who couldn't have been more helpful during our stay, the restaurant recommendations were spot on. Our upgraded accommodation was superb, certainly the best we have ever stayed in, with amazing views across the city. The daily breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of freshly prepared food. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

Liked: The hotel’s location is excellent, and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: The room cleaning was disappointing. The bathroom was not properly cleaned – there were still hairs from shaving the previous day and even the cleaning seal on the toilet had not been removed.Breakfast service could be improved. Staff were slow to serve coffee when guests arrived and seemed more focused on setting tables than attending customers. The variety of food was quite limited, and items were not replenished promptly.Additionally, the hotel offers no food service, snacks, or even vending machines, so it was impossible to get a drink or snack before going back to the room. Considering the price, I expected better and more complete services.
