Liked: Perfect modern accommodation with a very good breakfast. Staff was also very nice. Close to metro station.
Disliked: Slightly narrower parking places.

Always a great stay

Liked: Vers large room, elegant, 4 beds with 2 in a nice corner, a large sitting area, tv coffee and great bathroom. There is a large parking for only 20€ a dayVery nice welcoming and cleaning staff.You self register at machines at the reception. The metro is close by. 5 mn by foot. 30 mns to the center by metro. We have been at this hotel several times. We are always very happy

Excellent hotel, very good facilities...

Liked: Stayed at XO hotels previously and always found that they are very good hotels, provide great rooms with excellent facilities.Hotel Levell is south of the city and is very very close to the Metro station which provides access to the city.

Great room, not so great...

Liked: Property is very modern, clean and comfortable. 4-bed room was spacious and the rooms had most things we needed in them. Close to the Ziggo dome which is why we were in Amsterdam. Quiet location.
Disliked: Terrible service from one of the staff members. I asked for an iron. She asked me how long I needed it for?! I said we were there for another night, she said I had to pay 10 euros. I said ok, but I only have card. She scoffed and said “do you really not have any change?” Rolled her eyes and got me the iron, told me I needed to bring it back in an hour. Outrageous service!!! This will make me not come back tbh. Just ridiculous to be made to feel uncomfortable for things that are normally in a room as standard.
