Very good
Liked: We paid for an early check-in and got a bigger room which was nice. The location is amazing - within walking distance to the Ziggo dome and the metro station was super close.
Disliked: Breakfast could've had more variety of options. The balcony was taped shut.The TV was outdated and didn't have any streaming apps.

I definitely recommend it.
Liked: The hotel is located outside the center, but very close to the Metro station. Although it is located next to a construction site, good insulation ensured peace and quiet, which suited us after a full day in the noisy and crowded center. The staff was extremely pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was varied, the food fresh and delicious.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Exceptional
Liked: We got a free upgrade, the room was big, the bed was nice, clean room, location very close to metro station (25 min to city center), they keep your luggage for free before check-in or after check-out, very nice and clean bathroom, quiet place, free coffee (Nespresso)We did not try the breakfast, i cannot mention anything about it.

Liked: great location next to arena and metro station that goes directly to amsterdam centraal; clean rooms; hotel has 2 buildings so you might have breakfast in the other one depeding on where your room is
Disliked: Paid for early check-in and when we got the room, housekeeping was just starting to clean up. It seemed like there was an issue in the system as the room appeared to be cleaned. Then, trying to solve the issue, the lady at FO gave us complimentary breakfast without even checking if we had included or not (we had paid for it before). Next day when we asked what were the (breakfast) tokens for, she realized we have breakfast included and just asked us to hand back the tokens without any other apology or anything that would solve the situation. extremely poor customer service, no apologies, no knowledge about reading a reservation, no interest at all and so on. will not recommend
