Nice Hotel

Liked: Very nice and clean hotel!! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice and you have a lot of delicious options. Also, the location is far for the center, but there is a metro nearby to the hotel, and it's very easy to access, so that wasn't a problem at all. I recommend this hotel for the value of price as well

Liked: Location was perfect , the hotel was close to the event we attended
Disliked: The staff are not familiar to customer service. I don’t think they’ve heared or been taught about smiling and greeting. The room was freezing. Something was also wrong with the light in our room

Liked: Great hotel, very nice staff. All requests were taken into account during the check-in, for which a special thank you.
Disliked: In the bathroom, the water flows out very quickly from the shower stall, which is an additional inconvenience. Cleaning up the water after a shower is not the most enjoyable part of a two-day vacation.
