Would I stay there again...

Liked: The location was good 2 days out of 3 breakfast was good
Disliked: We booked 5 rooms all were small some had no shower privacy. Toiletries not replaced. Little room for clothes mostly lived from suitcase.

Money thrown away

Liked: The only thing that was good was the proximity to transportation (access to the airport with line B and other Metro for City Landmarks access). All the rest was very bad and very expensive. This is in no way a 4 star hotel. More than one night transit it becomes a horrible experience.
Disliked: Well - everything. To list all we did not like: the room is small and dirty - cockroaches in the sink, dust in all the corners, dirty carpets, mold in the bath area and rusty shower doors with tons of dirt on them, cracked and flooded ceilings, sewer smell in the shower and coming from the sinkhole that reached the bedroom since there is no door in-between, noise, slammed doors by the other guest, showering, flushing at any floor you could hear at any time (hard to sleep), etc ... The breakfast was bleak, all the cheapest and most dull (same things every morning), very bad coffee, etc ... imagine the worst that you and then don't book this dump.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was great, the bed was comfortable. Staff was nice considering we had to resqurdule our trip due to train cancelation and we didn't have flexible booking. Thank you for that.
Disliked: Cob webs on the ceiling, the floor was damaged to the point you could trip on it. Basic breakfast. Definetely not a 4 star hotel.

Liked: Thoroughly enjoyed the location of the hotel and the courtesy of the staff.

Hotel staff was welcoming and...

Liked: The hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our stay went well. We like the area of the hotel, there are lots of good restaurants and cafes in the area and very good metro connections.

Not the best experience

Liked: Staff are very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room is very dark with poor lighting. The roof is really low. The lift broke down. The drains from the shower and handbasin don't smell very good.
