Superb

Nice stay in Annecy

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room size standard.
Disliked: Location is good but if you want to get to the main areas it will require a 15 min walk. The on-site parking is tight and it can be tricky to park if the only spot left is right on the neighbor's wall.

Comfortable stay near old town

Liked: Great location right outside the old town. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the lake. Parking is available with reservation. The parking area is conveniently located and easy to use if you are using your car. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with plenty of storage for a few days, and there was a fridge in the room.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Clean. Good facilities
Disliked: Pillows were too big and hard. A bit further from centre of old town than we expected

Disliked: Too expensive. Nothing special and the sewerage was blocked. There was flooding in the bathroom

Lovely stay at great value...

Liked: Hotel was a great find, incredible location next to the station and near to the things we needed. A short walk to the old townBreakfast was great, staff were super friendly and accommodating.Everything was clean and comfortable, it wasn't a glitzy fancy hotel but charming and friendly, spotless and quiet
Disliked: Nothing really

Ideal stay travelling through France...

Liked: Rooms were very nice and parking was excellent at the rear of property
Disliked: Would ideally have liked longer stay to spend more time in Annecy but unfortunately we were travelling down into Spain and could only afford a one night stay.
