Great quiet place very near...

Liked: The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, quite surprisingly, as all the other buildings were residential. It's very close to the train or bus station (10mins) and to the old town, without being noisy or disturbed by the thongs of tourists in Annecy. The hotel has a terrace facing a nice and quiet backyard - several guests had breakfast on the terrace, and I saw some guests lounging under the trees in the backyard. Breakfast was delicious, with variety between sweet and savory items. The room was a good size, with roll-down shutters which provided for darkness and further quiet; bathroom was a decent size, with toilet in a separate "closet", which is so French and wonderful. The staff - all of them a delight! The owner Sarah welcomed me with a huge smile, and spent quite a bit of time helping me with "the things to do around Annecy", while marking a map that she later gave me. Throughout my stay, everyone was so friendly. I loved the place! One more thing: the hotel rents both regular and e-bikes by the day!
Disliked: Nothing. I loved it!

Great, local hotel. Loved it!!

Liked: The room was nice, we heard a train softly only once in three nights/days! We especially loved the courtyard. It gave a sweet respite from town, where we read, wrote, and enjoyed a glass of wine before venturing out for dinner. Nice breakfast and very sweet and responsive ladies at reception. Highest recommendation!

Absolutely fabulous

Liked: Lovely room in a fantasticly located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Handy to train station and easy walk to old town and lake. Ability to store bikes in secure garden area really appreciated.We highly recommend this property.

Liked: Clean, great service, easy access to town, easy parking, very cute terrasse backyard
Disliked: All good, the room we had did not have a view - basic but decent
