Liked: Wonderful hotel, fantastic location. Well equipped room. Very clean, lovely staff. Good breakfast. Good parking.

Liked: The location is pretty amazing, at a walking distance from the Train station. Very friendly and polite staff, rooms are spacious and clean.
Disliked: Internet speed is a little slow, breakfast menu could be better

Liked: Location very close to railway station and 10 minute walk to old town. Breakfast choice was extensive and of a high quality.Garden was useful and all the staff were helpful and willing to accommodate any requirements and solve minor problems with the safe!

Disliked: At check-in, the receptionist didn't believe me that the full amount had already been charged too weeks before. When I was checking out in the evening of the 17th, the other receptionist was able to verify that my stay has been fully paid and only charged me for city tax. As she suggested, on early morning of the 18th, I left the key on the counter, as there was no one there. Same day, I was charged the full amount of the stay for the second time.

Convenient location to regional train...

Liked: Basic hotel room with beds, desk, fridge, TV, kettle, closet and safe. Convenient location to train station, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre. It was quite cold while we were in Annecy, so we appreciated the ability to control the room temperature.
