Convenient and central

Liked: Good location near metro station, shops, restaurants and the Village. Convenient and reasonably priced garage. Good breakfast. Overall, a good value.
Disliked: The bed was a bit soft.

Disliked: Washroom could have a bit more shelving for personal items ,better coffee pods and tea bags .

Good hotel close to subway...

Liked: Close to Rue Ste Catherine St and the subway. Easy check in, good continental breakfast, staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and our kitchenette was good.
Disliked: Our coffee machine didn’t have any pods, but when we asked for toilet paper top up the staff were quick to fix it so I should have just asked for more coffee.

Chronic issues brought down an...

Liked: I liked that the berri uqam station was a three minute walk I liked the bagels in the morning I thought the staff was sweet although very laissez faire - there was a very sweet hijabi girl at check in who made the onboarding very pleasant We actually reached the hotel at eight and kept the luggage there until check in time which made things easy for us
Disliked: The small lift was so stinky I'm sorry but it smelt like trash and if that is your trash lift guests shouldn't be forced into it !!!! Also the corridor had a musty smell Wifi simply did not work on the 7th floor I had to spend like 50 dollars on data because I wasn't getting wifi , very sad Tbh the smell is what bothered me the most - I feel bad giving this rating to another wise Wonderful experience but I don't think we should normalize stink !

Liked: Excellent location, close to metro station, shops and restaurants.Comfortable and clean room.

Great value.

Liked: The bed! Very comfortable. And very spacious rooms.The waiter was a fan of Maradona and Messi. Super friendly.It had parking.
