Liked: Excellent helpful and welcoming attitude from staff.
Disliked: The room was very slightly dated.The Ivy outside really needs trimming and kept in check - it's in danger of taking over.But this doesn't detract from our very nice stay.

Good location but no frills

Liked: Amazing location, just a couple of blocks from all the main sights. I was there mid week and it was extremely quiet.
Disliked: Very basic. Staff were nice but the place felt very sterile. I also got a very strange intermittent smell of cigarettes in the room. It woke me up overnight, it smelled like someone was smoking in the hallway. I looked around a bit but couldn’t pinpoint the source, I think maybe it was an exhaust/vent system or something? Very strange.
