great location but disappointing breakfast

Liked: lovely room and great location
Disliked: For the amount of the room. we feel a full breakfast should have been included at no extra cost. We ordered the continental breakfast and it was OK but with 2 dry croissants a piece served with no butter or jam and no extra plates.

Quiet luxury in the heart...

Liked: The room and bathroom were large, well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning breakfast in the sitting area right by the fireplace. Location was ideal with 1 block walk to the central square in town and the heart of shopping and dining. The staff were extremely helpful and we appreciated the wine tasting recommendations with comped tastings at Foley wineries

They dis not let us...

Disliked: They did not honor our reservation they said they did not receive a reservation from Booking.com. And the hotel was full. However we were charged the full price on booking.com. We are still waiting for a refund.

Lovely place to stay in...

Liked: Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great. location and beautiful overall hotel.Excellent staff - helped with bike storage and winery visits.
Disliked: Breakfast was sparse and limited choices - only protein option was eggs and only toast. A yoghurt would have been nice and a pastry basket given the lovely bakeries in the area. A lot of morning noise from trash etc in the rooms facing the side street - suggest sound proof windows.
