Exceptional

Liked: The facilities were great. Our room was nice decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully designed and has Codage products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream. Spa facilities are really good with large swimming pool.
Disliked: The parking is expensive and not located on site

Blissful relaxation in Strasbourg.

Liked: Immaculate renovation. Very tasteful and relaxed. Everything was stylish but still comfortable. Spacious rooms too.
Disliked: Nothing!

Stunning hotel in the heart...

Liked: Spectacularly beautiful property, well located in relation to the city. Lovely spacious rooms, great spa area and incredibly helpful staff.
Disliked: It’s a little pricey, when all is added up. With that said, it’s a beautiful place so would say it still provides value for money.

It was my second stay...

Liked: Great location and hotel can accommodates all needs for travelling (spa, restaurant, bar)
Disliked: During our stay there was some issues with canalisation. Water wouldn’t go through in the sink and it was smelling during the whole stay at the reception area. Unfortunately no one has fixed the sink during our stay despite the request submitted.
