Disliked: Extra payment for parking & especially spa feels a bit off in that price range

Liked: Hotel was great overall. Staff was friendly and even thinking about taking care of our Dog. Breakfast was nice, offering a broad selection of food. Loved the building and the interior design. Swimming pool is big enough to allow to swim.
Disliked: Would have loved for our suit to be located in the main building. this being said it's a small details as the other building is still pleasant. Having to book for accessing the spa facility and being able to only stay one hour is restrictive when you are on holiday and do not want to plan too much

Horrible!! People of colour stay...

Liked: Location is great. Close to the centre but still a little hidden & quiet.
Disliked: We went to spend Easter with family. Unfortunately it was not a comfortable stay. We weren’t able to use the spa & pool during our stay there. We tried to book 4x but were unsuccessful. The lady at the spa is rude & unfriendly. All in all we felt very discriminated for as we got rejected over and over again from booking a slot together. The last time we tried, the best offer we could get was 30min before their closing time , and only for 1 person

Liked: The property is beautiful and restaurant in property was amazing.
Disliked: Complained to the hotel about windows not being able to open when the room was too hot, to which nothing was done about the problem. Spider webs in the bathroom.
