Lovely hotel with characters and...

Liked: The room was clean and the hotel is only a short distance from the metro. The neighbour is great

Disliked: They cancelled my booking last minute and on top of that they still have the audacity to charge me the full amount! After such last minute changes literally 2 hours before my check in you should never forget to refund my money and not charge me instead .You should have even give me compensation on the troubles you caused me .
