Very poor
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The hotel was closed when we arrived. Theyr english is not good.. they wanted us to walk to another hotel..They where slow, we had to Waitz Long time and we lost our danner at a restaurant and was offeret to go to a kebab shop nearby. Defenltly not what we planned.

Spoilt by booking.com lack of...

Disliked: We did not stay at Les Arcades we where moved by booking.com without being consulted only hours before our arrival. Having been a customer of booking.com for many years this was not acceptable and I shall be considering other company's in the future. Had I not already have been 5+ hours into my journey with my daughter and grand child I would have cancelled. the alternative hotel was not acceptable nor value for money as a Genius level 3 customer we had to pay full tariff at the alternative hotel which was no where near where I wanted to be. The fact that you are asking me to rate this hotel which had been closed for some time before our arrival shows a complete lack of customer care. The customer services I spoke to where absolutely no help and had no idea what to do.
