Fair accommodation in perfect location
Liked: Excellent location, 3 minutes walking to beach, on a pedestrian street filled with coffee shops, restaurants and small outlets. Although we had a street facing room, the local regulations and the quality of tourists ensured that not too much and not too late noise prevented a good sleep. Australian gentleman in reception providing perfect welcoming.
Disliked: No air conditioning. Toilet room without window or ventilation. Extremely strong self closing doors mechanisms critically slamming them.

Cheap place on good location....
Liked: Incredibly easy location right by the beach and on the tourist strip with lots of restaurants and cafes. Kind staff.
Disliked: The elevator was broken and we were on the 5th floor- hard to get our luggage up. The room is very small with only a fan above the larger bed, nothing for the person sleeping in the twin bed in the alcove. Mosquitos came in if the windows were left open so terrible choice. We didn’t sleep well- either being bit or stiflingly hot. The toilet lifted off the ground when you sat runs, releasing a terrible sewage odor.

Liked: The staff was very nice, I requested for a much earlier check-in as I came from a long travel without much sleep and they granted it because it was available early, do bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, otherwise, its really just okay, not much noise except maybe for opening of doors next door, the high ceiling fan works well for the weather but it does make some noise, the location was perfect and I think the price is quite understandable cause its high season, don't expect a view of any sort but at least there are windows.
Disliked: I was just startled by cleaning service because they were trying to enter without knocking. my stay was just perfect though

Liked: Amazing location! Staff super friendly, especially Andrew, who was knowledgeable and very helpful.
Disliked: This is very much a budget hotel. The rooms need a fresh coat of paint to freshen them up and to cover the stains on walls & ceilings

A cheap space to explore...
Liked: This hotel offers good value for money, especially by Biarritz standards. It’s centrally located, making it a convenient base for exploring the town. As a 2-star hotel, it met expectations: the room was clean, and both members of staff we met were genuinely kind and helpful. The lady on reception spoke good English and was polite, while the cleaner was thorough and friendly.We stayed in a family room, which had comfortable beds and gave our daughter her own space, an unexpected bonus but no door, and the bathroom led from her room. The ceiling fan provided some relief from the heat, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of mosquito spray. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and has a very small lift, which is useful for luggage.
Disliked: The hotel is basic and quite dated in its furnishings and decor, but everything functioned as needed. Our daughter’s room, while separate, didn’t have a door and was the route to the bathroom, which might not suit everyone. Towels were on the smaller side, and the lift, though working, was quite compact and not ideal for those who feel claustrophobic.The Wi-Fi was a little slow, and we didn’t try the food, so we can’t comment on the breakfast or dining options.
