Overall it was clean and...

Liked: The breakfast was good but the service was a bit slow and understaffed. I felt bad for the one waiter doing most of the work. He tried his best but required more help from others.
Disliked: Taking a cold shower. The hot water was not working for our first night, but the staff were kind enough to call my room and notify me when the hot water was ready again.

Liked: the hotel is clean and great, I like all their staff who are friendly and welcome, I know they don't speak English much but with their willingness to help and fast it made everything easier. this hotel has a great staff and great attitude it made us feel more than welcome to stayroom are comfortable and clean
Disliked: I dont like their staff who serve in breakfast team, no smiles at all and not even welcome guest. it is the opposite with the staff at the hotel.

Disliked: ...why does the room service think it's ok to knock you out of bed early in the morning? If I want something cleaned I let them know. Also it was the day of my checkout so let me sleep!What is a hotel worth where you cannot get sleep?

Liked: Absolute amazing! 10/10 ⭐️Clean and tidy room, cosy King size bed. Great, friendly and helpful staff. I stayed with 2 dogs, they got bed and bowls.I can only recommend it.
