Disliked: ...why does the room service think it's ok to knock you out of bed early in the morning? If I want something cleaned I let them know. Also it was the day of my checkout so let me sleep!What is a hotel worth where you cannot get sleep?

Liked: Absolute amazing! 10/10 ⭐️Clean and tidy room, cosy King size bed. Great, friendly and helpful staff. I stayed with 2 dogs, they got bed and bowls.I can only recommend it.

Can't use elevators unless you...

Liked: The location is good if you'd like to walk to the city center, takes around 20 minutes. If you take the uber/didi, it is in an area of high traffic so you may have to sit in traffic for a long time. Other than that, it is not a 4 star hotel, it is at best a 2.5 in American standards. If you are one that does not like stairs and do no like to wait, don't book here as they don't have free usage of the elevator. You'd have to ring the front desk to get the elevator to your floor.
Disliked: The elevator was solely being used for going up, and if you need to go down from your floor you'd have to call. They didn't alert us of this when we checked in, and we were on the top most floor. We tried to wait for the elevator, then gave up and walked down the slippery tiled stairs. My sister slipped and fell, and bruised her hip. Good thing that she is very healthy and strong and I would NOT recommend any seniors here. The amount of slip and fall lawsuits this would garner in the US would be my biggest red flag.
