Liked: Great location for walking to the city, we parked right next to the hotel on the street, but there is also a parking garage nearby (24 euros/day). The staff was friendly, the room was clean. I recommend.
Disliked: The mattress was uncomfortable, everything else was ok.

Liked: Honestly nothing. just that there is a bus station 100 meters from the Hotel.
Disliked: The location wasn't very nice as it was inside a street. So it gets pretty dark at night.The front desk staff was not welcoming at all. He lacked hospitality. We had booked a attic room by mistake, and we were fine with thaking that room or upgrading. But the front desk guy said "Maybe you just looked at the cheap price" which was quite offensive. The bathroom door would not lock. There was no lift to the 2nd floor so had to carry our luggage. Also the staircase was too narrow. Being our first day in Italy didn't leave a good impression.

Liked: The hotel was secure, clean and the room was very nice. Traveling alone, I felt safe inside. I was also able to store my luggage before and after my stay for a few hours while I explored outside checkin times. The owner was very kind and helpful
Disliked: The location was fairly far from the city center, and was in an area that didn't feel very safe to me. I didn't hand any issues, but was on guard the entire time I was coming and going. The walls of the rooms are fairly thin as well. That didn't bother me too much, but is something to note
