Liked: Hotel Leopold has the nicest, most helpful staff there is. Everyone is so kind and helpful should you need support. The room and bathroom are clean and you will find all necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet is varied and food is great quality. Trams and busses stop right across the street and the closest subway station is 1 bus/tram stop away or a small walk. The neighborhood is really nice and has loads of shops and restaurants.
Disliked: I had a small “spider infestation” issue, but it was quickly solved by the Leopold staff and spiders are not dangerous, just disgusting and horrifying if you are arachnophobic as myself. I believe the phenomenon was caused by summer weather and the room being on the ground floor, because it did now happen the last time I stayed at Leopold’s.
