A cozy, comfortable, friendly hotel

Liked: The staff is friendly as well as professional. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The pillows were so soft and comfortable and so was the duvet. We slept so very well!! Breakfast was rich and delicious and the breakfast room cozy. Highly recommended hotel!!

Liked: There is not too much to mention positively; nevertheless - beside the downsides - I want to highlight the night shift agent and the male service (breakfast) staff. Thanks for keeping yourself motivated.
Disliked: The size of the rooms is miserable - 16 m2 for a double room; subtract then 3 m2 for bathroom and 1 m2 for entrance and you have a very small room remaining for your stay. There is only one small cupboard with insufficient place to have your clothings stored, so you need to live "out of your trolley" for a few days of vacation in a too small room.Below the carpet seems to be an old wooden floor, whenever you do a step you will hear a squeakThe stairway is very steep and small and cleaning is sometimes positioning the dirty linen in front of elevator door, I was lucky to have not fallen down the stairway.A terrible experience was the service at breakfast. The staff is really lazy (it appears the blond lady was the boss, as soon as she appeared all staff were fast; the night shift and the male in service had to do most of the work - thanks to you 2 guys!) It took quite a time to have a free table being cleaned, once coffee was empty I had to remind the staff to fill up the cans; when juice was empty you also needed to remind the staff to do their work. The hotel claims to be 4*, I have seen better 3* hotels (and I do travel a lot). The price was attractible, but at the end the costs were far too high for the service, the room and the overall experience.
