Liked: Most of the staff were really friendly and professional, which made the stay enjoyable. What I liked the most was that the hotel felt very new and tastefully decorated. The room was a good size, very clean and had a warm, comfortable feel to it. I especially loved the memory pillows – such a thoughtful touch and super comfortable! The bathroom was spacious and spotless. Breakfast had a nice atmosphere with a good variety of options to start the day.
Disliked: The only small downside was the mattress cover – it seemed to be a protective plastic type, which made it feel less breathable. During the night, it held in heat a bit too much, which wasn’t as comfortable for sleeping. Also, if you’re travelling by car, parking is limited. You need to reserve one of the few hotel spaces in advance; otherwise, you’ll have to use a nearby garage (the hotel does offer a discount though).

Liked: Small but nice room, quite new. Very nice lobby, Bar and Restaurant. Very well located in the center of Strasbourg.
