Great idea of a great...

Liked: The location is perfect, just a few walking minutes from the Karlov bridge and almost at the heart of the historical centre. The design is amazing, I liked being there.
Disliked: 1. The staff was just incapable of doing their job; a) Despite the info in the reservation and an additional question during check-in, we got a double bed instead of two single beds; b) it took me 1 call and 2 conversations at the counter to get my clothes to the laundry and back. 2. There were no hooks in the bathroom: neither for towels, nor for clothes. 3. At the ceiling of our room, exactly above the beds, there was a wi-fi router installed with 3 green and 1 red light shining all night (no one could stop this disco until the next day. 3. It was quite unusual to eat cucumbers mixed with pineapples, tomatoes mixed with watermelons and cold oat porridge without regular/normal options. 4. Our room had no true window; although it was formally there, the glass was whitish and not transparent; one feels as if in a prison.

Fun trip with reliable and...

Liked: Staff, location and hospitality
Disliked: Small issues that maybe need checked- soap dispenser not working and shower door didn’t close tightly thus leaving a puddle on the floor. These issues would not stop me from returning as the stay was excellent.
