Liked: The apartment where we stay was good
Disliked: I haven't how to stay in the hotel due to water supply problem there, and they realocated us to stay in 2 apartments nearby

Liked: The area was great.The shower was good.
Disliked: The hotel, even at the cheap price, was substandard.No air con, no overhead fans, no portable fans offered despite the well forecasted heat wave.The toilet wobbled and came away from the wall.With the window shut to keep out the street noise the temperature soon rose to uncomfortable levels so it was a choice of suffocation or noise, either way no sleep.We asked for a twin room. I emailed the hotel prior to going to confirm using the link on the booking info. This apparently didn't get through and I was asked to show which email address I had used. It was the link provided in the booking form!The twin beds we eventually got were still pushed together in the room so we had to organise the room then move the beds apart.The beds were about 2.5 ft wide, children's beds in actual fact.Young back packers may put up that kind of facility but other than that I can't see that any other demographic would.

Disliked: Breakfast was poor. Baguette and a croissant, a small butter and a processed jam. Rubbish really.

Liked: This simple hotel is clean and safe in an excellent location. The lobby has seen better days, but my room was light and bright and clean.
