Overpriced and not worth the...

Liked: The only thing I liked was the location for the convenience of the purpose of the trip.
Disliked: The room 110 was terrible. The heater wouldn’t work and thus always cold. The window was frosted so we couldn’t see out. The price of 2 nights at $460 was outrageous. They didn’t even come in and clean the room. We had to request to have them fill the soap in the shower. The room was large but the bed was almost on the ground and very soft and the sheets didn’t fit well because of the softness.

Great location and value in...

Liked: Location fantastical and the hotel was comfortable and clean. We stayed in a suite that had a living room and bedroom which was nice for our party of 3.
Disliked: Now that I know the layout of the hotel it makes sense that our room wasn't in the historic part but in the annex. It would have been nice to have a breakfast included.

Underwhelming

Liked: Downtown location, historic building, charming lobby, nice welcoming front desk staff
Disliked: Beyond the charming lobby, the hotel is unkept and lacking basic comfort of the accommodation. Also, the room advertised was not the room assigned. Outdated unclean bathroom and floors, bed size not king but barely queen. Noise from the other rooms like loud showers. Dirty window pointed at the huge planter. Dusty heating. Smelly shower curtain.

Very good

Liked: Their facilities are great! We made good use of the game room and the gym. Good space in our suite. Lots of parking. They let us check in early, which was much appreciated.
Disliked: A bit grimy in the corners. Very loud with the train so near, though they thoughtfully provided earplugs.

Disliked: The blinds in our room would not go all the way down
