Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the lady at the reception and Crystal the bar lady. The hotel is great for the price point and location. I'd totally come back again.
Disliked: I wish the bathroom had an exhaust.

Entrance looks a little rough...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious, and bright with the curtains drawn in the day. Very satisfied for the price... $80 before taxes. The free breakfast was diverse enough and plentiful enough to be satisfying: Coffee, juice, milk, tea, bagels, croissants, spreads, jams, bananas, apples, cereal, etc. Hot breakfast options were available for a reasonable price as well. I had a little trouble getting the television to work but the man at the reception desk came up immediately and got things right.
Disliked: The hotel's main lobby and carpets are worn with age but our room was in good shape. We got there late so finding parking around the building was difficult.

Liked: They serve breakfast and the kitchen/dining staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: I booked for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. We were given a room with small beds. No cartoon channel to keep the kids entertained. The female receptionist was sarcastic and irritable during check in.
