Terrible. The room was way...
Liked: The room was well designed, except the air conditioning was not up to the task - be warned, if you go when it is very hot, you will frazzle. Don't stay there.
Disliked: The noise from the restaurant/bar - music until at least 12.30am and the air conditioning did not work well. The room was 28c even with it on full blast. The restaurant/bar stays open until 2am every day and you WILL hear it. They said they would give us a partial refund, for keeping us awake, they LIED, as they did not. Don't stay there until they learn to do what is right. I don't think they care about the rooms, they are an afterthought to the money they make from the restaurant/bar.

Good location, good facilities, but...
Liked: Central location, boutique hotel with modern facilities.
Disliked: Unfortunately a Halloween party had been planned outside on the 1st floor terrace with a DJ just u Der our room. At an average 75db (max 99) from 21:00 - 01:00. Called reception at 11:30 and told it would be over at 12:00 hmmmm.

A nice hotel with room...
Liked: The hotel has a very good and central location with a beautiful view to the harbour. The room was modern and well equiped. Big bathroom with separate toilet. Cleaning was excellent.
Disliked: The general issue with the hotel is the poor service considering the rating of the hotel. One morning we did not even get breakfast (which we paid for). Subsequently the hotel excused, but did not offer anything as compensation. As a rule there were no people in the reception and if any they could hardly understand English.

Liked: Decor was lovely. Reception staff very friendly
Disliked: Dinner in the café restaurant was disappointing. We were disappointed that the restaurant staff were inattentive and they weren’t busy. Service was very slow.

Disliked: Noise from the DJ on Friday and Saturday eve until 1am from sushi bar below room. Also didn’t like misrepresentation of showing a balcony in the photos of the room when there was no balcony

Liked: We loved the location of this property as it was close to ferry pick up and the train station.
Disliked: Unable to sleep at night due to the noise The fire alarms went off TWICE during our stay which was scary and quite the inconvenience due to having to go outside twice! There were no blinds in our bathroom so the sun was just beaming in all day and it was so hot in our room.
