The staff made our stay very enjoyable. Everyone from the front desk to valet to housekeeping made sure we were well looked after. The room was nice and very clean.

Liked: Customer service was excellent.
Disliked: There was nothing bad.

Lovely Hotel, excellent location

Liked: The location was excellent for what we needed. Situated near the harbour for restaurants and activities and easy to get to the terminal to board our cruise. Could walk to terminal.
Disliked: I was concerned with a room located near the elevator but we did not hear it at all.

Liked: Perfect and outstanding breakfast - wow wow wow! We had the French toast, Salmon toast and Cassoulet! Just wow!
Disliked: Beds could be just a little more sturdy (non-shaky)

Very enjoyable!

Liked: I liked the nice pillows on the bed and the balcony. It was close to public transportation and some good restaurants.

Great hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: Lovely rooms with a separate sitting area, extremely comfortable beds. Excellent location being only a 5 minute walk to the harbour. Breakfast was great & all the staff were very friendly & helpful. Special mention to the concierge Telmo who sorted our Grouse Mountain tickets out.
Disliked: Only one slight draw back was that one of the rooms wasn’t ready half an hour after check in time but we went for a coffee and it was when we returned so didn’t affect the holiday.
