Liked: Very cute little room, the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The parking was a bit far

Nice small hôtel, no breakfast,...

Liked: No breakfast, convenient parking near-by, if you travel by car it is a very practical location easy walking to the sights, with stairs to go in the fortified old town (where you don't want to take your car! For those who don't want to go up the stairs there is a funicular 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean with all the essentials.
Disliked: Most of the power outlets were loose -- hard to keep phone/laptop charger plugged in.

Bad management

Liked: Good location
Disliked: We had bad experience on first night. We didn’t get our hotel room because the hotel messed up our booking. We were sent to an air BnB cross the road. We had not been informed until we requested for late check-in because our train was delayed by bush fire for 5 hours. The air b n b was not good: smelly, noisy ( snoring downstairs made us awake all night), located on the top floor with no elevator but about 30 narrow stairs for us to climb up. Imagine how difficult for small size person and over 60 years with heavy hand carry and checked in baggages to climb up and come down the stairs. I immediately went to the reception the next morning (7.00am) to complain, l was then given a room with a king size bed which was vacant the night before. I was upset with the hotel management because they could do better but failed. For sharing my experience is to avoid reoccurrence of similar situations. The hotel room itself is good and staff is helpful but the management is bad.
