Liked: The charm, the location and the service. Everyone working there was so helpful. Especially Tomas who was very charming and helpful. Also, Eduardo who helped us find restaurants to go to.
Disliked: Nothing other than if the rooms had a small refrigerator, it would be useful.

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.It is conveniently located in a good neighborhood, just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around the city very easy. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Special thanks to Thomas at the reception for his professionalism and helpful attitude throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Lilia from the breakfast room — her warm smile and attentive service made each morning very pleasant. The breakfast was varied and delicious, adding even more to our positive experience.If there had been a small fridge in the room, it would have made our stay even more perfect - but overall, everything was excellent, and we would gladly recommend this hotel.

Liked: This hotel is lovely and charming. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They even endured me practicing my few phrases of French. Very close to the line 4 subway and walking distance to many attractions but just far enough away from the throngs of tourists.
