Liked: Loved every thing about this hotel .. the bed and linen were beautiful, the toiletries were high quality and had the most amazing breakfast room. Also just across the road from the Tourist Office and a supermarket so location couldn’t have been better.

Disliked: No aircon, no adequate ventilation (and so room was way too hot). nasty food smell from 6am onwards. Didn’t sleep well as a result.

Liked: The staff and the service was absolutely fantastic but either booking.com or the hotel operated in a very deceptive way. I paid for a suite based on the information and pictures on booking.com but I got a regular room and when discussed with the hotel management I was told that I misunderstood even I showed the the reservation which had clearly stated a suite. I felt like it was a typical bait and switch sales operation. I had to wait until 4:30 to check in because the room was not ready at 3pm. Aside the front desk experience I enjoyed my stay but very disappointed with the hotel management and booking.com. I will never use booking.com again.
Disliked: Paying for a suite and getting a regular room. It was our anniversary and started with a huge disappointment and also had to wait until 4:30 to check in.

Liked: The staff were excellent, the hotel was located in a great spot. Our room had a balcony with fantastic views!
Disliked: couldn't get the air con to work, wanted to close the doors to the balcony at night but had to leave them open
