Very poor

Liked: Good location, friendly staff. Big room.
Disliked: Room smelled musty - found the mold on the second day in the bathroom. Safe not bolted to wall. Thus, not secure.They say, they are sustainable, but they have e.g., paper cups wrapped in plastic in the bathroom or small throw away shampoo bottles.

Good

Liked: Friendly staff and good breakfast. Nice bathroom/shower.
Disliked: Air conditioning in room didn't work, which we weren't informed about until we asked. Had to ask for a fan as room very hot and stuffy. Room small.

Grat location for 3 day...

Liked: Great Location, close to Gare du Nord (for Eurostar and Metro). Close to Montemart for restaurants. A few minutes on the metro to Notr Dame
Disliked: Breakfast was average.
