Not so good at all…

Liked: It was clean and nice room .The location was good.
Disliked: So, they double charged my credit card for staying there and as I arrived late at night I didn’t check my card immediately and while they were saying just to take my 100$ deposit, they just charged my card again for my booking again. So the next day I had to buy some stuff and it turned out I didn’t have enough money in my card and then I understood they charged my credit card again despite the fact I was already paid to this hotel in advance. So it was very unpleasant situation for me as this hotel has caused this to me. After informing the administration they told me first I had cancelled the trip, so they did that as this is a policy of hotel, but I was already in hotel, so how would I cancel it!? So I just insisted they are lying, so they called the supervisor and after insisting this is not true, they said, yes, I was right. After that I had to wait for days, so they can return my money back. Please be careful when you pay with your card there. So this so far was a really big problem for me and as they said this happened by mistake that doesn’t change the fact that is this is not something normal to happen nowadays. Also the breakfast was lack of fresh vegetables and it was the same every morning.

Liked: Exceptionally clean and recently renovated room. Great location to the metro and felt safe as lots of people out on the streets in the area in the evening. Continental breakfast with good protein choices was fresh and plentiful. It was easy and very convenient for us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as he explained better options to get us to our destinations using the metro. Great value and would stay here again.

Great location

Liked: The location was great - just off Rue St Catherine; the room was more spacious than we expected with separate kitchenette/dining area; very quiet; very clean; great check-in experience; parking available for $25.
Disliked: It was quite expensive for a 3-star hotel...but then all hotels in Montreal in July/August seem to be really expensive.

I had a wonderful stay...

Liked: I liked the location of the property and the cleanliness. It was easy to maneuver around the hotel and the breakfast was great.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the pictures of the property didn’t completely match the actual property. There was supposed to be a couch in my reservation but other than that it was fine.
