Top notch. Nice staff, Central...

Liked: The location is perfect. You could literally walk everywhere in the city centre without needing to use the metro. I liked the breakfast, there was always something even if we came just before it ended at 10am. The room met my expectations. Clean and comfy.
Disliked: There was only one elevator and it was quite slow. But everything else was perfect so I can discount this.

Good place to stay

Liked: Kitchen was clean and had supplies Coffee and Breakfast were good, rooms soundproof, laundry convenient, Freudy was very kind when I had a medical issue.

Disliked: The staff was not accommodating. We wanted to check in at 3:30 instead of 4:00 they refused to accommodate us. I will surely try another hotel next time. The rooms were very old.

Liked: It has nothing to like . This hotel was overpriced and I was not expecting to have motel type on this price
Disliked: ⭐ 2/5 – Overpriced & Misleading – More Like a Motel Than a Luxury Hotel** "I paid premium prices expecting a luxury stay, but this property was far from it. The building is outdated, with worn-out furniture, peeling paint, and basic amenities you’d find in a budget motel—not a high-end hotel. The room felt cramped, the linens were thin, and the bathroom had rust stains and low-quality toiletries. For the same price, I could’ve booked a modern, well-maintained hotel nearby. The only thing 'luxury' here was the bill. Unless major renovations happen, I’d advise travelers to look elsewhere for better value."

Liked: We loved Mohammed a gentleman..great customer service. He deserves to work in a 5 star hotel and I wish him all the best!!!
Disliked: Omg...it was an absolute nightmare, very disappointing. They can't even produce an invoice with all parties staying at the hotel. There breakfast is a continental breakfast, not for us. Toilet doesn't work properly, no room service unless you ask a couple of times. Staff is sooooo rude. Entry cards to our room didn't work a couple of times. Try taking a shower!!! My husband fell so we had too put a towel in the tub so the rest of us didn't fall. Although even though we had to change rooms 3 times because it wasn't what we expected..at the end of the day I had to pay extra for a upgrade that was not even close to being an upgrade because my husband and our son have health issues and required air conditioning, the air conditioning was only in the bedroom. In the living room area there was no AC so I had no choice. We had to lug bags back and fourth 3x. We where so tired that we lost one day vacation day. Also they had a fire alarm test which startled us. The management tried telling us that we where aware. No we where not aware until we where downstairs trying to secure another room and the alarms went off. Listen I can go on and on but I can't because it was the worst experience ever. I will never go back and maybe never visit Montreal because we can not express enough what we went through.

Disliked: Old building, not well maintained, breakfast was fair, staff was far below expectations, I asked to hold my luggage for a couple of days after my stay (I was going on a weekend trip outside Montreal) and they said they would only do so if I were to stay at the hotel after, I didn't expect such an answer. AC extremely old and loud.
