It is a good hotel...

Liked: Location is good, we were able to walk to many places. Breakfast is also good. The bed sheet and comforter are comfortable.
Disliked: A little outdated. There weren't that many toiletries, one small soap bar, no body wash.

Mixed bag

Liked: The location is convenient. Good breakfast. Staff in the breakfast room was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is dated. AC in our room was very noisy.Female employee at check-in was extremely rude and condescendant. She should not have a client-facing role. Her male colleague was very nice, though.

Great walkable location close to...

Liked: Location, having a kitchenette
Disliked: Did not appreciate that the hotel not advertise a charge of $25/day.The kitchen lacked basic utensils. A serrated knife is essential. A hook to hang towels and a shelf in bathroom.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is located very close to everything, which was convenient. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and they kindly stored our luggage after check-out. The room was small, but it had everything we needed, including a well-working air conditioner, TV, and a small kitchen. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of pastries, yogurt, coffee, fresh fruit and dried fruit — a really good start to the day. Overall, we left with a very positive impression.
Disliked: the location required walking through streets with ongoing construction, which did not feel very comfortable in the evening.
