Disliked: Small room - very basic - shower room only adequate - no where for towels once used - shower drain noisy even when not being used -

Liked: Lovely peaceful location on the river. Dinner was special.
Disliked: It needs updating and some love! Food was great but accommodation needs updating and breakfast was ordinary.

Le Rivage just the relaxing...

Liked: Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river and wildlife was very peaceful and relaxing Good air conditioning in the bedroom

Memorable

Liked: The food is exceptional. Haven’t stayed here for a few years as haven’t been doing long distance driving holidays. Good as ever. Very memorable!!
Disliked: Rooms rather tight; but the catering is amazing and accommodation is adequate

Liked: We stay here regularly given the excellent location and good evening meal.
Disliked: The bedrooms and decor round the hotel are tired

Lovely quiet spot for an...

Liked: Nice old building right next to the river, quite traditional and sympathetically modernised. Lovely terrace restaurant, also just for a drink. Old world elegance!
Disliked: Although the coffee was good, breakfast, though in very elegant surroundings, was a ridiculous price for quite a limited offering- very little (restricted) bread and croissants, boring fruit salad and too many wrapped cakes etc. Cheese, ham and hard boiled eggs were fine - but €13!!
