If it’s a special trip...

Liked: The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the city.The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.The room size was good, we were expecting a smaller room so were pleasantly surprised.
Disliked: The hotel is in an area that we didn’t feel was always safe, and our room being on a lower level meant it was quite noisy at night.Light from the street came through the curtains, which made it hard to sleep.The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, which affected our rest.On our last night, the air conditioner started leaking a lot of water into the room. We had to move our belongings off the floor and leave the cupboard door open all night which kept a light on and coupled with the dripping noise made it very difficult to sleep.Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t offer any compensation or assistance for this issue.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful; location was close to transit, restaurants, shopping, and attractions; room was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable.

Fab location lovely hotel

Liked: Excellent location right in the heart of Paris, walking distance or metro to top attractions. Although hotel is on a busy street 11pm onwards when everything closes the rooms are quiet. Staff lovely on reception with a nice warm welcome every time you come in the hotel.
Disliked: Shower leaked onto the floor a lot leaving a very wet floor

Lovely boutique hotel with great...

Liked: One of the nicest boutique hotels I have stayed in when in Paris. Location is convenient. We stayed during a heatwave and the aircon was amazing.
Disliked: - really nicely decorated room.-comfortable bed-good shower-amazing aircon-friendly staff-near metro
