Very good
Liked: Location is amazing/ Super close to the Allianz Cloud and the underground station. Lots of amenities nearby and lovely area.Room was a bit small but clean and had everything you needed. Staff was superfriendly and helpful and accomodated all my needs.
Disliked: Hotel itself seems a bit old/old fashioned but just to be picky.

Disliked: Very unfriendly staff. Area absolutely unsafe and not near the entertainment area. Bathroom full of yellow stains. Very high price given the extremely low quality of the facility

Liked: Our stay was generally pleasant, mostly thanks to the amazing cleaning staff and the kind man who served breakfast – they truly went above and beyond and made us feel welcome.However, our experience was significantly impacted by the complete lack of response from the hotel management. We reached out to the hotel multiple times through every possible platform – simply to request a receipt for the payment we made for the stay, as well as for the city tax. We waited, sent reminders, and unfortunately – we were completely ignored.It’s deeply disappointing to be treated this way. It feels like once you’ve checked out, the hotel no longer cares about you. This disregard and silence have left us feeling helpless and extremely frustrated.The junior staff were lovely, but the way management handles guest requests after check-out is unacceptable. All we asked for was a basic acknowledgment – a simple receipt – and we’re still waiting.
