Very good

Liked: The room and location are fantastic. Parking was near to the hotel.
Disliked: Such a wonderful hotel but I felt breakfast was lacking hot items.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, close to Place Royale. The continental breakfast was excellent. The parking was very straightforward as you must use a parkade close by. We had to get there near the start of a fireworks show and still had no problem even with all the traffic and scores of people.

Great location but poor food...

Liked: The location was perfect right in the center. The staff where nice.
Disliked: Before booking, it asked my children age (1 and 3). Yet the room they gave us was not accessible by the elevator. We had about 20 stairs to get to our suite with 2 young children and luggages. No mention anywhere that all restaurants in the hotel and the area needed reservations. Luckily the restaurant in the hotel accepted to bring it to our room but my child and husband's food was not edible. My child Burger was raw inside and asked for only Ketchup inside but not what we got. My César chicken salad was actually good. Not much variety for breakfast but it was wayyyyyyyy better then our supper. Although it was a very good location, I will never go back to the hotel

Liked: Excellent location and ambiance. Attention to detail in the room and very quiet. Lovely and peaceful dining area.
Disliked: Comforter on the bed was too heavy for summer. Just a light cover would be preferable.

Liked: Very clean and great location. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Disliked: Rooms are way too small, sink is in the room with bed because the bathroom is like a broom cupboard so can only fit a toilet and shower stall. There is nowhere to put anything in the room, and there is a frame around the bed that both husband and I hit our legs on repeatedly. The room also smelt of the bar and steakhouse restaurant which is downstairs. There is no parking at the hotel, they give you a pass which you pay $20 (plus tax) for and then direct you to a public car park which costs $16… Breakfast was included in the room rate, which is a buffet in a tiny space where people queue to use the very slow toaster,again space is so cramped that the cereal dispenser is on a high shelf which most people didn’t even spot… definitely would not recommend.
