Very good
Liked: Great location and immaculate
Disliked: Receptionist (Mohamad) on arrival was lovely, very helpful and obliging. Receptionist on departure (female) was the opposite and more or less implied that we were trying to leave without paying for our parking card. Her attitude wouldn’t encourage me to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...
Liked: The room was large, nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the location wonderful! Only a minute or two walk to the Museum of Civilization, Place Royale and Rue du Petit Champlain. There is no parking on site, but it turned out to be not so bad, as the hotel offers a $20 CAD/per day parking pass (with in/out privileges) to a parking garage about 200 meters from the hotel. We drove up to the hotel before check-in time and reception provided us the parking pass. We dropped our bags a reception, parked the car in the parking garage, and set out to explore Old Town before check-in.

Overall, our room was very...
Liked: The room was a nice size and we couldn't hear the other guests. The bed was very comfortable. However. the bed covering was placed in a duvet and there was no top sheet to use. During the summer months, a top sheet should be added to the bedding, so if the guest wishes, they can set aside the heavy bed covering when they sleep. The bathroom shower was a decent size for a historic building.
Disliked: The breakfast layout could have been better. The buffet items were laid out on a table that was poorly lit and guests had to maneuver around tables set closely to the buffet and each other. The selection also needed to be improved.

A gem in the center...
Liked: This is a special gem in the heart of Vieux Quebec City, where you can step out into the old world charm and access everything that the City has to offer! We stayed in a 2-floor suite originally intending for another couple to join us (there’s a Murphy bed in the lower floor ). That area is open, with plenty of room and an adjustable fireplace. The upper floor is well appointed and has a generous en-suite with a jacuzzi bath. This was particularly welcome after a full day of sightseeing. All of the special, updated touches were there. We really felt grateful and comfortable during our stay and hope to return someday soon.
Disliked: Breakfast was tricky for someone who generally needs more veggies and gluten free options… but that is true for most of the food in QC

It's Architecture and Color Welcomes...
Liked: Thank you night desk lady for helping us with our luggage during that 5 minute deluge of rain, we all took a quick shower. Location is easy access for car transfers and walking, quiet street with very little automobile traffic. Felt secure walking to and from hotel. The suite was the most quiet and private location of any place I've stayed in. It was spacious throughout. Many fine eateries just steps away as well as fine art. Having ice cold or hot filtered water available across from the front desk was great. Another important aspect of our stay was that the mattress and pillows were fantastic for us side sleepers. Very sleep inducing. Nice floral arrangements on the perimeter of the outdoor tables. I like the art pieces that look like their being introduced into the elevator lobby accessing the suites.
Disliked: Access to our suite 402 in the back section of the hotel was awkward via the restaurant Steak Avenue during operating hours. Felt like you may be violating patrons privacy walking by their tables. The location of the morning breakfast is in a very small dark room, we felt very claustrophobic. Air purifier in suite was uncomfortably loud, had to turn off while in room.

Large room and good location,...
Liked: Hotel is conveniently located to walk to all the sites in the old town and port area with lots of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walking. The room was large and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows and a view to the river. Very comfy bed.You can park for 15 minutes to drop your bags at the hotel then they give you a card to access parking which is in a multistorey 2 minutes walk away. 20 CAD per day.
Disliked: Breakfast was just ok but probably the poorest we had on our 3 week trip. The fresh fruit and grapefruit juice was not available after the first day and the same boiled eggs were brought out the 3 days we were there. There is no area in the hotel to sit and chill.no comfy chairs or bar area . The breakfast area becomes a steak restaurant at lunch and dinner.I sort of expected more from a " boutique" hotel
