Liked: The personal was way too nice!! Also the location is perfect. And even though my window was just above a very noisy street, I didn’t hear anything when my window was closed. I enjoyed the stay very much.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location
Disliked: This hotel has three different addresses and two separate reception areas — one of them is open 24/7 and offers luggage storage, but Booking.com only provides the address of the other one, which has limited hours. That already caused confusion upon arrival.I stayed for two nights and booked a room with one double bed and a desk. After picking up my keys, I didn’t check the room immediately as I had plans, but when I returned, I found that I’d been given a room with two single beds and no desk. Since I work remotely, I had to sit on the floor to use my laptop, which was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also couldn’t sleep properly on a single bed, and ended up getting no rest that night.The next morning, I asked to switch rooms. The staff told me a correct room would be available by 13:30, but only through the other reception. I returned at that time, exhausted and needing both rest and to continue working — only to be told the room wasn’t ready yet. I finally got the proper room at 15:00, with no compensation, or refund offered for the first night.Everyone should simply do their job properly. It’s the bare minimum.

Budget friendly hotel

Liked: A great, budget friendly hotel. Welcoming and helpful staff at sister hotel where you can leave your luggage before and after check in. Loved the location, a bit noisy but so central. The room was small, basic and clean. Nantes itself is a fabulous city to visit, walkable, full of culture with lots of artistic events and wonderful food too!
Disliked: Minor things like no mirror or kettle in room and would have liked an extra towel and more pillows. Temporary tramline disruption.
